Mission Statement
The core mission of WEST COAST FIYA consist of the following:
The purpose of West Coast Fiya is to win people to Christ, consolidate them into a loving fellowship, help disciple them through our online media website to help engage them into either starting a relationship with Christ and/or help develop into Christian maturity, to help our visitors be equipped for ministry in the body of Christ, through their local church(es) and to help assist those that answer the call, to serve Christ, by sending them to fulfill their life ministry in the world so that God’s name is exalted!
“O magnify the Lord with me, let us exalt His name together” (Ps. 34:3-4)
Media Statement
To fulfill the core mission statement, the media goals of WEST COAST FIYA consist of the following three objectives:
1) To provide a platform for the Lord Jesus Christ to redeem & empower today’s generation
influenced by rap/hip hop and r&b and be the Christian alternative to this genre of music.
2) To promote & improve the tools for Christian media production to reach this “MEDIA”
generation, aimed at narrowing the gap, between this demographic and Christianity; breaking the four wall
downs and bringing the gospel to the streets.
3) To promote & showcase local Christian artists, talents, related entertainment and businesses, by
providing our platform as an online outlet for unique programs and campaigns featuring Christians who are
involved in the Great Commission, Matthew 28: 16-20 stating:
“16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When
they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All
authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to
obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
