LISTENING SESSION: ARIZE - "SOLAR HEART"
Christianity is not defined by what you say but by what you do. This is the motto that Arize has been able to build his faith on. After only being all in for God less than a year he was tired of seeing the Christians around him talk out their faith but do nothing to walk it out. After doing music in the world with such artist as Chingo Bling, The Jacka, Turf Talk, San Quinn, and many more he found himself in an empty state where the money, girls, drugs and alcohol could do nothing for him and he had to find his purpose in life.
Around three years ago he found God and started to get involved in church but still had one foot in the world. It wasn’t until an incident where he had all his studio equipment stolen that he decided to give up the things of the world and go all in for Christ. Shortly after going all in he joined a ministry called the Awakening 209 where he’s been a part of hundreds of miracles such as cancers being healed, ligaments being repaired, deaf ears being opened, and many more. Ever since joining the ministry God has opened many doors for him to work with other rappers such as Casper, Zee, and many others.
During this time he put out his music videos for “make it through” and “J-Walkin.” After only two weeks of being on YouTube J-Walkin was able to gather 7,000 views and is quickly becoming one of the hottest new Christian tracks. Not only musically inclined he’s been able to have his hand in graphic design and writes all his own lyrics. This is only the beginning for Arize’s music career as he’s been able to produce Nu Tones album New Creation, and is coming out with his own album titled J-Walkin in just a short period of time.
