Pdub – Program Director
“P-dub” is the Program Director for West Coast Fiya. He is responsible for maintaining artist and promoter relations and the music that’s played on the radio station along with whatever God tells him to do . Pdub was raised a Roman Catholic but in 1989 was saved by the grace of God and learned how to have a relationship with God instead of a religion.
Pdub is also the owner and Voice talent/Producer of Power Voice Media, an industry leader in Radio promos sweepers and audio production.
Working with the some of the biggest artists in the business, Power Voice Media’s P dub, is heard on radio stations through out the United States and the United Kingdom. He has done Concert Promos for the likes of Beyonce, Britney Spears, Jay Z, Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Eminem, 50 cent and countless others. His desire now is to totally provide production work associated with the Kingdom of God, especially through Christian Hop Hop. Paul is well known for his DJ drops, and is also the voice for some of the biggest DJ’s and radio stations in the industry, including DJ D-Lite (3rd Coast fiyah countdown), Preach Dat Fire (Holla Fest Radio), DJ Sematic (the mix show), DJ I-Rock-Jesus (The Live Mixshow), and DJ Anointed (House Of Slap Radio) and has collaborated with some of the biggest in Christian hip hop like Gifted the flamethrower, Brinson (Godchaserz) Qheem the reedemed, and Saylah Flowz just to name a few. Pdub is Very excited to see what West Coast Fiya is doing to reach souls for Jesus and to spread God’s word through Christian Hip Hop.
P dub lives in San Jose California with his two sons his favortie bible verse is Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Cid Cadigal – Graphics Director
God, music & art have always been a powerful part of Cid’s life. As a young man he sang with multiple groups and played piano for a number of choirs. Alongside his musical abilities, his love and appreciation for visual motion art eventually brough him to Cogswell Polytechnical College where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Computer Video & Imaging concentrating in Animation.
Focusing on knowing Christ and making Him known, Cid has always had a love for keeping it creative for the creator. With the birth of West Coast Fiya, Cid has had the opportunity to meet local Christian hip hop & RnP artists and his experience working in video has created an opportunity to help build up and promote this genre of music for Jesus. Cid is currently the cofounder of the website. Here he has recorded & edited video, written articles, designed layouts and provided interviews for some of the top Christian artists & organizations locally in the Bay Area, and in time throughout the West Coast. With West Coast Fiya, Cid is looking forward to do his part to bringing Jesus & Christ muzik to the people.
God is and always will be the driving force in Cid’s life and his hope is to share the gospel of Jesus to this generation, fulfilling the workmanship God planted for him (and in all of us) as God planned all along as written in Ephesians 2, 6-10:
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Gil Seegmiller – Video / Streaming Director
Gil is currently an Adults w/ Disabilities Instructor for MVLA Adult Education. He developed a passion in teaching basic multimedia skills class for his students with special needs. One powerful testimony, that Gil has experienced in the past was sharing Christian Hop Hop music with one of his students who has Bipolar. In God’s timing his student got saved by accepting Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. From that personal encounter, Gil became a firm believer that CHH music is a catalyst in inviting people to come to know and accept our LORD. His earnest prayer, is to see how God is utilizing media resources to uplift our communities as a whole. Without a doubt, ultimately Gil would love to also witness people accepting the free gift of salvation in Jesus Christ through WestCoast Fiya’s multimedia ministry and other ministries that share the same passion.
Gil is honored to be the Video Specialist with West Coast Fiya. He loves making West Coast Fiya’s videos pop for Jesus. Gil, along side with Cid are also in charge of the live U stream broadcasts that are hosted by WCF. Gil has been blessed to have streamed Saylah’s Break Out Tour, The West Coast Unity Conference and Flame and Izreal live from Sacramento. Gil and the team will be doing many more live concert streams in the near future. Stay tuned as WCF reaches the world for Jesus one soul at a time!!

Maryanne Hernandez- Artists & Public Relations Director
Born in the Philippines, Maryanne Hernandez was raised in San Diego, CA. She was saved in 2007 and now serves the LORD wholeheartedly. She is on FIYA for Christ. She has 16+ years as a corporate administrator specializing in sales/marketing and IT departments managing contracts, code of ethics, bids, and proposals; as well as, managing up to six executives and corporate offices. She also graduated with an A.S. Real Estate degree and Broker certification in 2004 from San Diego Mesa College and is continuing her undergraduate studies in computer science with a minor in English; as well as pursuing a CNET certification with University of Maryland University College (UMUC). Maryanne joined WCF with a passion to help its endeavors and to fulfill the ministry’s mission. Her goal is to unify the ministry for future growth; and organize its business infrastructure for the continued growth that WCF has been blessed with. Maryanne also will handle the recruit of artists/contributors for WCF magazine and help P-Dub with website and event projects. She is joyful in assisting and managing WCF alongside its other Directors. Maryanne is also ready to grow in GOD and love Jesus through this ministry. In addition, Maryanne volunteers her time and set skills with the San Diego Mesa College Foundation as an Alumni Committee Member; she assists others in building the official Alumni for the San Diego Mesa College. It is challenging to volunteer much needed time to others and continue her education full-time, but Maryanne does all this by letting go and letting GOD so that she may learn to love Jesus and reciprocate that love to others, the motivation that keeps her to keep giving in such ways.
Maryanne struggles with raising her teenager in this secular world, but she counts on GOD to be the strength and fighter. She has two sons with one that is 20 yrs. old who flew the nest and is married to a military member, an air traffic controller; whom she has been with for 17 years – they both chase GOD and not each other and she believes her testimony to marriage is of great encouragement to women who struggle in their own marriages and insecurities. She believes no one is perfect and people deserve many chances based on their willingness to act not say.
Maryanne has many favorite verses and wants people to know that a call to serve GOD and acceptance of His grace means to call upon Him DAILY and that our calling and un-shackled servitude, if we choose to accept, has conditions that will transcend our own endeavors and temptations:
7 The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knoweth them that trust in Him. Nahum 1:7, KJ21.
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, according as 3 His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue.4 Thereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises, that by these you might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.5 And besides this, using all diligence, add to your faith virtue, and to virtue knowledge,6 and to knowledge temperance, and to temperance patience, and to patience godliness,7 and to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness charity.8 For if these things be in you and abound, they make you that ye shall be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.9 But he that lacketh these things is blind and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 10 Therefore brethren, give diligence all the more to make your calling and election sure, for if ye do these things ye shall never fall. 2 Peter 2-10 (KJ21).
